Live in the Middle East or traveling there soon and want to use FaceTime,  where it’s disabled, heres how:

Step 1. Go to Cydia on your jailbroken iPhone4.
Step 2:Go to search tab on bottom right and enter -MiddleWhat
Step 3. Select MiddleWhat and press the install button.
Step 4. Press Confirm
Step 5. Press Restart SpringBoard
Let the your iPhone 4 respring and your done! Enjoy Facetime!
