Tired of trying to edit video using iMovie for your iPhone or iPod because it’s just so small. Well never fear cause we got a tutorial for you to run iMovie on the iPad by editing a few files and a little tweaking.

How To Install iMovie For The iPad:

Download and install iMovie via iTunes.
Copy imovie to your iTunes Library on computer.
Right Click on imovie icon and choose Show in finder/explorer.
Copy and Paste the iMovie.app to your desktop and rename it to imovie.zip
Double click the imovie.zip and unzip.
Navigate to iMovie/Payload, and you’ll see a iMovie.app icon and drag that to desktop.

Delete the unzipped floder after you take out the app out.
Install OpenSSH from Cydia on iPad.
Connect iPad and navigate to the root folder /.
Look for the folder named Applications and open it.
Now take the imovie.app and copy into the application folder.
Go into the imovie.app folder via SSH.
Now highlight all files inside imovie.app(hold command/ctrl +a), right click, select info and choose properties/permissions.
Type 777 into the permission boxes or select all boxes until permissions say 777.
Respring the iPad and now iMovie will now be on the iPad
[Notes: iMovie will not run fullscreen until you install the tweak FullForce in Cydia. Also if your having issues with iMovie crashing you didn’t change the all the permissions(STEP 14).
