thanks for the tip. worked fine except i am not prompted for a password when opening the disk image? suggestions ?????
Make sure that “Remember password in my keychain” is NOT checked. Then you’ll be prompted everything you open the .dmg file.
When I double click the .dmg nothing happens :O
You have to “Eject” the disk image. If you left the default settings, it will be stored in “Documents.” double click the .dmg file and it will ask for password and then open the file. You have to do this each time you are done accessing the protected image.
Nothing happens when i click it!
yh its not ment to open up, when you click on it the drive appears on the left hand side of the finder. click on there to see your files which you put in there or want to move in there.
