iNiveus HD is an amazing theme that is only for 1 buck! It is the most cheapest complete theme out and you have nothing to lose. iNiveus HD has a clean and simple UI. I mean seriously the feedback everyone has given back is all positive! This theme provides auto skins for all App Store Icons, loading screens, simple lockscreen and many more! In my opinion, the Springboard weather widget and icons really appeal to my eyes.  You can find this elegant theme in Cydia from the MacCiti repo or the Themeit app for just $1.00!
